Singapore Changi International Airport is recognized as the best in the world in 2025. The corresponding study, based on the assessment of various indicators, was conducted by Skytrax World Airport Survey, Time Out reports.
The length of queues, logistics links to the city, food choices in the waiting area, and customer satisfaction were taken into account.
The researchers asked travelers about the quality of airport websites, staff friendliness, entertainment options, and baggage delivery times.
Changi is recognized as the best airport in the world in terms of food. Despite being one of the busiest hubs in Southeast Asia, the location is renowned for “unsurpassed passenger service”, according to the survey.
The second place in the rating was taken by Hamad Airport in Doha, Qatar. It is noteworthy that last year it occupied the first line. Travelers are impressed by its architecture and luxurious terminal complex.
In third place was Haneda Airport in Tokyo. The top five is rounded out by Incheon in Seoul and Narita in Tokyo. But European and American air hubs were not included in the first top 5.
