Kobuleti Municipality, Georgia, is a district in Adjara, where the sea coast is located for 23 km, of which about 10 km are located directly on the territory of the city. You can describe the Kobuleti area quite simply – a densely built-up area by the sea and mysterious desert mountains with a chic nature reserve.
The resort includes only 2 parallel streets, each with a length of 9 km. The pearl of the city is a long coast with a sandy and pebble beach, for which tourists mostly come here. The main advantage of the resort town is the absence of a large number of people on the beach. Here you can always find a cozy place for privacy or just a relaxing holiday.
Despite the small flow of tourists, Kobuleti resort has a fairly well-developed infrastructure. In the town you can find a large number of hotels, guesthouses, various cafes and restaurants. Since Georgia is quite compact, it will not be difficult for guests of the country to visit a large number of attractions of the country by car, or even just go to neighboring Turkey. Most popular among travelers are the Botanical Garden and nearby Makhinjauri, where you can treat various diseases with mineral waters.
Kobuleti Beach
The real highlight of Kobuleti is the beach. Since it belongs directly to the city, its cleanliness is monitored by the city authorities. The coastline is carefully cleaned both early in the morning and during the day. Sometimes garbage is brought in by the sea at high tides.

Kobuleti beach is long and occupies the entire length of the village. Its surface is pebbly, in some places mixed with black sand. The waves here are small, the place is suitable for families with children. By the way, due to the size, there is a free place on the beach even during the peak of the high season.
Among the disadvantages of the coast, it is worth noting the lack of changing rooms, showers and toilets. The latter can be used in the adjacent cafes.
While on vacation in Kobuleti in Georgia, you can simply lie on a sun lounger (for a reasonable fee) under the warm rays of the sun, plunge into the clear sea, rent a small boat, yacht, catamaran or sea scooter.
